Before you buy

Do Chrome and Edge versions have the same entitlements and updates?

Both store versions follow the same free and paid entitlement rules and receive automatic updates from their respective stores. Store review schedules may differ; check your store page for the latest published version.

Can I keep using free features?

Yes. Ten successful single-article exports are included monthly. Repeating an export or changing format counts separately; a single-article image ZIP counts as one. Failures and cancellations do not count. PDF printing currently does not count; reading, archiving, search and manual JSON backup/restore use no allowance. Existing free users from before the allowance system receive a one-time, non-expiring bonus of 30 exports on their first upgrade; bonus exports are used first.

Does a purchase expire after the deadline?

Purchased lifetime entitlements stay valid, including early-bird codes activated later. Yearly and monthly licenses start at first activation and expire after the purchased duration. The payment deadline is separate from license expiry.

How many devices can I activate?

The selected plan shows its device limit. Contact support when replacing a device or reaching the limit.

Are my articles uploaded?

No. Reading, conversion and packaging run locally in your browser; the licensing service does not receive article content.

What if my code is already redeemed?

Use the same code at any activation entry to restore this device. If it fails, keep the complete error and contact support.

Is a manual purchase different from online checkout?

Only delivery differs: online orders deliver automatically, while the maintainer sends manual codes. Confirm the selected plan, amount and entitlements before paying.

The free plan remains available. Paid plans help cover servers, databases, licensing and order services, and support ongoing maintenance, compatibility fixes and new features.
