Access and scope
Process only content you have the right to access and use. Single-article features process the page you opened. Collection features read publicly accessible collection articles after you explicitly start a task; each article need not already be open. The extension does not bypass login, paywalls, CAPTCHAs, access controls or anti-scraping mechanisms. Pause when platform restrictions occur; this tool grants no additional access rights.
Copyright and permitted use
Public availability does not mean unlimited permission to copy, distribute or sell. “Personal archiving” is not an independent exemption. Whether use is permitted depends on purpose, extent, the work and applicable law; non-commercial intent alone is not enough. Preserving authors, source links and copyright notices does not itself grant permission.
Use each work and component only within your rights or license. Your own articles may include third-party images, fonts or commissioned materials. Open licenses may require attribution, restrict commercial use or prohibit derivatives; check each component.
Copying, distribution and commercial use
Without the relevant permission, do not sell compilations, distribute paid copies, upload publicly, share libraries or otherwise use third-party works beyond applicable exceptions and permissions. Free sharing can also involve rights. The software license does not include content rights or promise platform permission for collection. This product is not affiliated with, authorized by or endorsed by Tencent or WeChat.
Paid services, delivery and entitlements
The free plan provides 10 single-article exports per month; formats and counting rules are on the pricing page. Paid plans include unlimited exports during their license period. Yearly licenses last 365 days from first activation; lifetime licenses do not expire, including previously purchased early-bird licenses. Price, duration and device limits are shown in the selected quote and order snapshot. All plans are one-time purchases without automatic renewal.
Online payment delivers a license code; manual purchases are delivered privately on WeChat. Save your order-access link and do not forward the complete link or code. Changes to platforms and browsers can affect compatibility. Payment does not guarantee support for every page or access to restricted content.
Delivery problems and refunds
For missing codes, duplicate charges, unusable codes or feature faults, contact private WeChat support with the order time, issue and necessary redacted evidence. We will verify payment and delivery and handle replacement delivery, entitlement restoration, fixes or applicable refund requests. Do not repeatedly place orders after paying.
We do not categorically exclude refunds because a product is digital or a code has been delivered, and do not limit statutory consumer rights. Each request depends on transaction facts, service performance and applicable law. This page does not promise an unconfirmed unconditional-refund period or fixed processing time. Ask support privately before purchasing if you need case-specific clarification.
Misuse and proportionate measures
Do not deliberately remove or alter authorship, sources or copyright notices, or evade normal platform access restrictions. Serious misuse supported by specific evidence may lead to lawful, proportionate warnings or service restrictions, with explanations and an appeal channel. Unverified complaints alone do not justify arbitrarily removing purchased rights or categorically refusing refunds. User article bodies are not uploaded for this purpose.
Rights complaints and appeals
Rights holders may contact private WeChat support with the note “wx2md 版权投诉”, contact details, evidence of rights, relevant public links and the specific issue. Respondents may submit explanations and license evidence for review. Do not place identity documents, license codes, order receipts or unpublished works in public issues or feedback forms.
We investigate product-related issues, respond with outcomes and take appropriate action for material on our website or within our service. Library content and exports remain on users’ devices; we have no server copy and cannot promise to identify every exporter or remotely delete local files. We cooperate with lawful procedures when required.
